The President of Uganda National Association of the Deaf is myself, Ambrose Murangira while Rwanda's is Rwaka Partaint. I will be glad to see American Youth coming to Uganda to do something before Durban! We have only 4yrs. Lets draw strategies right now... We MUST make a comprensive report come 2011!
